Boys soccer playoffs begin tonight with 10 Southern Arizona schools competing to win a state championship in four different classifications. At least one local school is guaranteed to advance β Flowing Wells will take on Cienega in the first round of the Class 5A state playoffs, with winner taking on either Phoenix Carl Hayden orΒ Scottsdale Chaparral.Β
The boys playoffs come one day after girls play began. Four Southern Arizona schools advanced Tuesday night with playoff wins.Β
