Hip Hop Power Yoga
What: Yoga mixed with hip hop dance moves, intense cardio and ab work all to a soundtrack of your favorite hip hop tunes.ย We tried this classย and it definitely kicked our butts in a good way.ย

Hot 26
What: In this class, inspired by the Bikram practice, you'll practice in a room heated to 104-106 degrees with a humidity level ranging from 30-50 percent. Each class contains Bikram's beginning 26 yoga postures and two breathing exercises. For beginners and experienced practitioners.ย

Mama & Baby Yoga
What: Gentle yoga in a playful environment for new mamas and their babies. The class allows you to explore your new body, rebuild core strength and release tension in hips, back and neck. Babies can snooze, play on their blankets or join you in poses. The class is designed for pre-crawling babies, but pre-toddlers are welcome, too.ย
