We can't think of a sweeter way to celebrate than splitting a decadent chocolate cake at this homey downtown cafe. Created by pastry chef Lora Quarrella, the chocolate bomb features layers of chocolate sponge cake, ganache and mousse, rolled in chocolate shavings and then glazed in a blanket of more ganache.
