Tommy Bullman, 4, looks up to his dad Tom Bullman as they head towards their car following their ride in Cyclovia Tucson.

Along with nice weather, April brings the Tucson bicycling community together.

April is Bike Fest month — a month meant to celebrate the two-wheel rider with a bunch of bike events. Find a bike if you don't have one yet because you don't want to miss out.

So join in on those neighborhood bike rides and meet other bike enthusiasts at some swaps.

Start with Cyclovia

... And spend all day Sunday downtown.

Leave your car at home. Cyclovia is back for the walkers, the joggers, the backward runners, the roller bladers, the bicyclists, the unicyclists, and the tricyclists — without having to worry about cars.

It doesn't matter if you're 2 years old or 82 years old. Everyone is welcome.

Here's the breakdown:

• Take a break from the ride at any of the five activity hubs for jumping castles, rock climbing wall, food trucks, bike education and more

• Tucson Museum of Art and the Museum of Contemporary Art are open and free.

• It's free!

• We'll be there! Come see us and practice your newspaper delivery skills on Meyer Avenue near the school.

You'll be downtown. Brunch?

Brunch is always a good idea. Downtown is full of it and there's plenty near the Cyclovia route. And there's no way you'll feel bad about ordering more french toast because you'll ride it off.
