You'll feel empowered after this all-women Krav Maga class. It's taught by a woman and designed for a woman's self defense needs in mind. Plus, it's a pretty good workout.

Night market, food, music and drinks

Check out the night market at the new MSA Annex, at Cushing and Avenida del Convento. There's a bar, restaurants and shopping in addition to the market. Then wander down to the Mercado for a cocktail and live music by local band Loveland at 8 p.m.

Zumba at the Brewery

If you've never tried Zumba, you should. You'll feel sexy, silly and like you're getting a great workout all at once. And, since this class is at a brewery, there's beer. It's kinda like going to a club without the lines for the restroom.
