We're especially excited for this weekend 👀 We're hosting a market!

Our artisan market, dubbed Tucson Together, is taking place 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, featuring more than 100 local vendors, food trucks, an art-making station, a scavenger hunt, hidden books from Tucson Tome Gnome and a donation drive for Youth On Their Own. It all takes place at 55 N. Fifth Ave., near Congress Street.

But there's A LOT more fun happening this weekend — an Usher listening party, an Indigenous market, a beer crawl, the 40th annual peace fair, a 2000s dance party, the chance to paint a community mural and SO MUCH MORE.

Of course, things can change quickly these days. Check for the latest info before heading out!

Members of Ballet Folklorico Tapatio dance down South Park Avenue during the 98th Tucson Rodeo Parade. This year’s Tucson Rodeo Parade, to be held on Thursday, Feb. 22, at 9 a.m., will take a new route intended to keep the parade off railroad tracks but still near the rodeo grounds.

Tucson Rodeo and parade 

La Fiesta de los Vaqueros, aka the Tucson rodeo, is back in town with professional events, bull riding, roping and more. The Tucson Rodeo Parade will be held on Feb. 22.

When: The rodeo is now through Feb. 25. The parade is 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22.

Where: Tucson Rodeo Grounds, 4823 S. Sixth Ave.

Cost: $18 and up for the rodeo. The parade is free to watch, though tickets are available for $10-$12 for grandstand seats.

Spring Ikebana Festival

Ikebana is known as the "meditative art of Japanese floral arrangements." This festival at Yume Japanese Gardens of Tucson celebrates the arrival of spring with floral arrangements around the gardens. 

When: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays-Sundays, Feb. 22 through March 3

Where: Yume Japanese Gardens of Tucson, 2130 N. Alvernon Way

George Howard Memorial Concert Series

A trio of local female bands — The Jane Heirs, Mitzi Cowell and the Valiants, and Miss Olivia and the Interlopers — will headline the first-ever George Howard Concert Series. Proceeds from the concert will benefit the Tucson Musicians Museum’s mentorship program. The concert series is named after George Howard, a longtime Tucson blues musician who died last April. He co-founded the TMM in 2007.
