Time is FLYING BY and now we're into the last month of the year. That means tree lightings, holiday light shows, artisan markets and the return of December favorites like the Tamal Festival, Downtown Parade of Lights and Winterhaven. December also brings an anime festival, free and cheap movie screenings and the Fourth Avenue Street Fair.Β
