Body Smart Group

What: Student-driven group for conversations and support to stop fat talk and body shaming and develop compassion on the UA campus. 

When: 5 p.m. every other Wednesday, starting Aug. 30

Campus Eating Disorder Awareness and Recovery Group (CEDAR)

What: For UA students in need of support, education and therapy surrounding eating disorders and body image. 

When: 4 p.m. Mondays

Gender Spectrum Support Group

What: Support, therapy and education group for UA students who are gender non-conforming, transgender, transsexual, gender queer, cross dressing, gender blending or gender bending.

LGBTQA Support Group

What: A safe place and open and supportive environment for UA students to talk about issues impacting their lives and the LGBTQA community. Topics can range in anything from coming out to making new friends and gender identity. The group is facilitated by LGBTQA staff.

The Happy Hour Group

What: Get a dose of happy every week. Learn strategies that help you maximize your good qualities and boost your happiness. You'll cover topics like gratitude, optimism, using your strengths, meditations and projects such as mindful photography and an acts of kindness challenge.

When: 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays
