Celebratying St. Patrick’s Day with a pint of Guinness.

Note: Tucson's usual St. Patrick's Day parade was canceled this year — and the festival is moving this year from Armory Park to Corbett Brewing — due to the city's closure of Armory Park for renovations.

St. Patrick's Day Festival of Tucson

Make sure to wear your best green outfit to celebrate at this festival, which includes live music, Irish dancing, corned beef, locally brewed pints and more.

When: 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14

Where: Corbett Brewing, 309 E. Seventh St.

Entertainment acts: Bastard son of Patrick, Nancy McCallion & Tom Rhodes, The Wholigans, Vicki McArdle and Nick Coventry, Tucson & District Pipe Band, Bracken School of Irish Dance, The Carroll Family.  

Cost: Free to attend, bring money for food.

Run/walk 

Desert Leprechaun 5K and 1-mile run-walk, sponsored by Southern Arizona Roadrunners, 7 a.m. Sunday, March 15, at Curtis Park, 2110 W. Curtis Road. Click here for information and to register.

Kingfisher: Serving a full-day menu (11 a.m. – 9 p.m.) Tuesday, March 17, with corned beef and cabbage, market fish with colcannon, and Guinness & Jameson cupcakes. 2564 E. Grant Road. 

Casino Del Sol: Festa Buffet offers traditional Irish staples on Tuesday, March 17, including leg of lamb, corned beef, cabbage, and colcannon. PY Steakhouse offers house-brined and smoked corned beef March 17-18. 5655 W. Valencia Road. 

The Grill at Hacienda del Sol: Features a special brunch on Sunday, March 15. 5501 N. Hacienda del Sol Road.

The Canyon’s Crown: Offering traditional Irish pub fare and drinks for the holiday. 6958 E. Tanque Verde Road. 

St. Phatty's Day

An event billed as combining St. Patrick's Day energy with cannabis culture. A music, art and food truck (CowPig) event sponsored by Tucson Doobie and Sunset Glass Gallery. 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, at Sunset Glass Gallery, 2725 E. Grant Road.
