You can get free x-rays and dental exams for your kids all month in February.
That's right. Free. And it doesn't matter whether you have insurance or not. All Tucson kids are eligible.
Risas Dental and Braces, located at 2901 S. Sixth Ave., is offering the services to children ages 17 and under from Feb. 1-28 in honor of National Children's Dental Health Month.
Additionally, the dental office will host educational programs at area schools for kids in grades K-8. The program includes oral health activities and dental care goody bags.
"Teeth are meant to last a lifetime, and a healthy smile is important to a kid's self-esteem," said Jeff Adams, managing director at Risas Dental and Braces. "We're invested in the Tucson community and are excited to work with children and their parents to help them have a healthy smile."
