First you must ask a few questions of yourself.
Is the bowl crystal? Then your answer is incorrect. It may contain lead, especially if it is an antique.
Is the bowl Pyrex or another heat-resistant glass? Then your answer is incorrect.
Is the bowl broken? Then your answer is incorrect.
Is the bowl regular glass and is it intact? Then your answer is correct. But if it isn't broken, and you don't want it, donate it to Goodwill or some other organization.
