Dr. Christopher Justinich has joined the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arizona College of Medicine โ Tucson and Banner Childrenโs at Diamond Childrenโs Medical Center.
He will be a professor in the Gastroenterology and Nutrition Division and will treat children at Diamondโs as a pediatric gastroenterologist.
Justinich brings special expertise in food allergic disorders of the GI tract, and in eosinophilic esophagitis, an inflammatory disease of the esophagus.
He received his medical degree from Queenโs University in Kingston, Ontario; completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Ottawa Childrenโs Hospital of Eastern Ontario and both a fellowship in pediatric gastroenterology and a research fellowship at the University of Montreal Sainte-Justine Hospital.
Justinich is board certified in pediatric gastroenterology.
