Pierce Productions Inc., doing business as Growler USA, leased 2,200 square feet at El Corredor, a new development at the northeast corner of Oracle Road and Linda Vista Road in Oro Valley, to open a micro brewpub. Dave Dutson, of NAI Horizon, represented the tenant and Debbie Heslop, of Volk Co., represented the landlord, Boulder Oro Valley LLC.
