A new 24-hour commissary kitchen catering to small Tucson food businesses has opened its doors.
Cook Tucson, 1702 N. Stone Ave., aims to provide tools to help local restaurant entrepreneurs get off the ground and grow.
The facility includes a fully equipped shared kitchen for prepping, baking, broiling and more; a studio kitchen with space for hosting pop-ups, classes or to be used as a private kitchen; and walk-in refrigeration, freezer and dry storage.
The kitchen space will be available for rent hourly or monthly.
