Japanese restaurant Yoshimatsu is downsizing, but apparently likes the βhood since it will reopen across the street from its former location.
Yoshimatsu leased 1,763 square feet at 2741 N. Campbell Ave. and an adjacent 177 square feet for an office.
The 4,013 square-foot restaurant across the street at 2660 N. Campbell Ave. was sold to other restaurateurs.
Rick Borane, with Volk Co., represented both the buyers and Yoshimatsu in its new lease. The landlord, Zeta Partnership, was represented by Jeff Zellet of Picor.

- Busy Richard Industries LLC leased 1,484 square feet at 17 W. Wetmore Road from Mary Francina Richardson and Suzanne Garvey. Jeff Zellet, with Picor, represented the tenant, and Terry Lavery, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the landlord.
- Severns Owens Concepts LLC, dba Sew Hip, leased 1,363 square feet at 3400 E. Speedway from Rancho Center LLC. Debbie Heslop, of Volk Co. represented the landlord, and Esther Empens, of Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the tenant.
