Tucson's Yoshimatsu closing, reopening across the street

Japanese restaurant Yoshimatsu is downsizing, but apparently likes the ‘hood since it will reopen across the street from its former location.

Yoshimatsu leased 1,763 square feet at 2741 N. Campbell Ave. and an adjacent 177 square feet for an office.

The 4,013 square-foot restaurant across the street at 2660 N. Campbell Ave. was sold to other restaurateurs.

Rick Borane, with Volk Co., represented both the buyers and Yoshimatsu in its new lease. The landlord, Zeta Partnership, was represented by Jeff Zellet of Picor.
