Two neighboring industrial properties in Marana have changed ownership.
Clover Real Estate II LLC bought the Old West Industrial Village at 6800 N. Camino Martin from Old West Industrial Village LLC. The 27,280 square-foot, multi-tenant industrial center was sold for $3 million. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the buyer and Picorβs Paul Hooker represented the seller.
And Walker Industrial II Properties LLC bought a 6,000 square-foot industrial building at 6985 N. Camino Martin from Donald H. Gutzler, Lupita Murillo, Yoichi Tomita and Setsuko Tomita for $375,000. Picorβs Paul Hooker represented the buyer and John Ash and Bob DeLaney, with CBRE, represented the seller.
The industrial market continues to see strong activity as vacancy rates dipped below 10 percent for the first time since 2006.

- United Freight Services Inc., a floor-covering logistics company headquartered in Phoenix, leased 12,000 square feet at 1859 W. Grant Road from Walker Tucson Property LLC. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the landlord and Picorβs Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall represented the tenant.
- Viron Technologies LLC, dba Cybernetic Research, leased 7,800 square feet at 2285 E. Elvira Road from Elvira LLC. Pat Welchert, with Picor, represented the landlord and Jesse Blum, with CBRE, represented the tenant.
- EvenBetterNow LLC leased 1,440 square feet and Arizona Painting Co. LLC leased 1,440 square feet in Exchange Place at 1870 W. Prince Road from Presson Corp. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, handled the transactions.
- The Law Office of Lisa C. McNorton leased 2,514 square feet at 4400 E. Broadway from 4400 Broadway LLC. Michael Gross, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the landlord and Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, represented the tenant.
- Simply Sleep Diagnostics Inc. leased 1,071 square feet at 5930 E. Pima St. from 5930 E. Pima Inc. Andrew Sternberg, of Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the tenant and Jeff Zellet, with Picor, represented the landlord.
- Emerald Healthcare leased 800 square feet at 2424 E. Broadway from 2424 E. Broadway Ltd. Isaac Figueroa, with Picor, represented the tenant and Andrew Sternberg and Robert Nolan, of Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the landlord.
- Continental Ranch Shopping Center, 8245 N. Silverbell Road, signed three new tenants. Psychosomatic Fitness leased 4,200 square feet; Gentlemenβs Edge Barber leased 1,200 square feet and BTO Self Serve Yogurt leased 1,200 square feet. Gary Heinfeld, with Advisors in Real Estate Inc., represented the landlord.
- Pro One Security PLLC leased 659 square feet at 4400 E. Broadway from 4400 Broadway LLC. Michael Gross, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented the landlord.
