Tucson Real Estate: Oro Valley to get dialysis center

A sixth DaVita clinic to open on Tangerine Road.
A new dialysis center is planned for Oro Valley.
Total Renal Care Inc. leased 7,828 square feet at 1521 E. Tangerine Road.
The California-based company provides dialysis services for patients with chronic kidney failure, also known as end stage renal diseases.
It operates kidney dialysis centers and also offers services in contracted hospitals. It operates as a subsidiary of DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc.
The Tangerine location will be a DaVita clinic. There are five other DaVita clinics in the Tucson area.
For the lease, the tenant was represented by Keith Lammersen, of Jones Lang LaSalle, and the landlord was represented by David Volk and Bruce Suppes, of CBRE.
Forbes Investors LLC bought two industrial buildings at 2002-2010 N. Forbes Blvd. totaling 41,252 square feet for $2.4 million. Picorâs Ron Zimmerman represented the seller, Tucson North Forbes Ventures LLC, and Brandon Rodgers, also with Picor, represented the buyer.
Friebus Investors LLC bought a 45,750-square-foot industrial building at 2301/2341 S. Friebus Ave. from Oak Properties for $1.7 million. Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, handled the transaction.
380 Holdings LLC bought Fort Lowell Office Plaza from Issa Y. and Henrietta Z. Hallaq for $970,608. The 20,221-square-foot office building is located at 360-380 E. Fort Lowell Road and will be fully occupied by CODAC Behavioral Health Services of Pima County. Tom Nieman, with Picor, represented both parties.
Chrisi Gardens 2 LLC bought a 30-unit apartment complex and a single-family residence at 446 and 438 E. Pastime Road from Baca Apartments LLC for $1.4 million. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.
Joseph Chaplik bought Bryant House, an 18-unit, multifamily property at 460 S. Bryant St. from Angel 11:11 LLC for $735,000. Picorâs Allan Mendelsberg represented the seller and Joseph Chaplik, with Joseph Bernard Investment Real Estate, represented the buyer.
Good Ole Tom's bought a 3,000-square-foot retail building at 7038 E. Broadway from Fluegge 1972 Trust for $190,000.  This will be Good Ole Tom's third store in Tucson. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, handled transaction.
Aerovation Inc. leased a 34,626-square-foot hangar at 1070 E. Valencia Road at the Tucson International Airport. The Tucson Airport Authority was represented by Tim Healy, Bob DeLaney and Ian Stuart of CBRE.
