Tucson Real Estate: Local griller to open 2nd location

Seven of the most recent transactions in Tucson real estate includes Serial Grillers, which will open in River Crossings next year.
A local restaurateur, whose business began in a food truck, is preparing to add a second brick-and-mortar location in Tucson.
Serial Grillers has leased 2,274 square feet in River Crossings, 1970 W. River Road.
The restaurant’s first location at 5737 E. Speedway, opened in 2013 and has expanded twice, including earlier this year when a taproom featuring regional craft brews was added.
Serial Grillers was started in 2012 as a food truck by Travis Miller and specializes in pizzas, salads, paninis and burgers.
Craig Finfrock, of Commercial Retail Advisors LLC, represented Miller. The second location is expected to open in January.
Packjak Properties LLLP bought Villa Sorrento Apartments, a 60-unit complex at 334 W. Valencia Road, from 334 Valencia Tucson LLC for $1.9 million. Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.
3821 E Broadway Blvd LLC bought 3,000-square-foot office building at 3821 E. Broadway for $475,000. Debbie Heslop, CCIM, of Volk Co., represented the buyer and the seller, Arizona Territorial Lands LLC, was represented by Jeff Casper, of CBRE.
GroundProbe North America LLC leased 7,855 square feet at 2470 W. Majestic Park Way from 2470 West Majestic LLC. Pat Welchert, with Picor, represented the landlord. Picor’s Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall represented the tenant.
American Manufacturing Excellence LLC leased 7,538 square feet at 3318 E. Pennsylvania St. from 420 Aviation LLC. Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, represented the landlord and Alan Moore, with Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services LLC, represented the tenant.
Wilmot Plaza has signed leases for three new tenants. Southern Arizona Urgent Care leased 4,434 square feet; Massage Envy leased 3,000 square feet and BodyCentral Physical Therapy, PC leased 2,926 square feet in the plaza, on the northeast corner of Broadway and Wilmot Road. Aaron LaPrise, with Picor, represented the tenants. Alan Tanner and Brig Stevens, with Bourn Advisory Services, represented the landlord, DSW Wilmot Plaza LP.
BlackRock Brewers Inc. leased 3,760 square feet in Clairemont Plaza, 1664 S. Research Loop, from Clairemont Partners LLC. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the landlord and Pete Villaescusa, with CBRE, represented the tenant.
