South Forty RV Ranch Resort, on the city’s northwest side, has been sold for $6.5 million.
The 233-space park sits on 20 acres at 3600 W. Orange Grove Road. It has a dog park, horseshoe pits, shower houses, and a clubhouse with a full kitchen, library and exercise room.
Brandon Rodgers and Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented the seller, Orange Grove RVP Ltd. The buyer, South Forty RV Resort LLC, was represented by Gary Gunsalus, with Sahuaro Properties Inc.

Dr. Jeff Martin and Dr. Will Taylor bought 4,569 square feet of condominium medical space at 7350 E. Speedway for $551,520. The buyers were represented by Christian Gile, of Arizona Health Realty and the seller was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson, with CBRE.
