A piece of a Foothills condominium development has been bought by California investors for $4.9 million.
The Greens at Ventana Canyon Condominiums was built in 1986 and the sale was for 54 of the projectâs 265 units.
It sits on 11 acres at 5800 N. Kolb Road and features multiple pools, spa areas, tennis and racquetball courts and a putting green.
âThis is a tremendous buy,â said Rue Bax, senior managing partner with ABI Multifamily, who represented the seller, along with partners Alon Shnitzer, Lance Parsons, Ryan Kippes, John Kobierowski, Doug Lazovick and Eddie Chang.
âFor starters, itâs surrounded by mountain vistas and is just minutes from Sabino Canyon and great outdoor amenities,â Bax said. âSecondly, it is a rock-solid, garden-style community with hotel-like amenities that caters to families wanting comfortable living in a picture-perfect property.â
The seller was Vancouver-based 20/20 Real Estate Partners Inc.
