There’s nothing quite as enduring as the Tucson Pops Orchestra’s Music Under the Stars park concert series.
Well, except the Arizona Symphonic Winds Music in the Park series.
Both have been around long enough to qualify for Tucson institution status — events that herald the changing of the season far more reliably than the temperature gauge in your car.
It might not be fall-chilly yet, but you know it’s fall when the two ensembles — the volunteer Winds and the professional Pops — hit the stage.
This is season 31 for the Winds, 63 for the Pops. Conductor László Veres leads both.
