Chuck and Janet Kohl talk about why they came to University of Cincinnati Medical Center to support Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin after he collapsed on the field at Paycor stadium in Cincinnati during a game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

In a show of support for Damar Hamlin, 24, an estimated group of 30-40 fans – representing the Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals – gathered at the intersection of Highland and Piedmont, hoping for positive news about Hamlin’s condition.
As Buffalo Bills fans and fans all around the NFL waited for updates on safety Damar Hamlin, they flooded his foundation with donations.
"On behalf of our family, we want to express our sincere gratitude for the love and support shown to Damar during this challenging time," the statement began.Â
