The home of Dr. and Mrs. Christopher Guarino was photographed in 1962 for the Tucson Citizen. A recent addition and uplift of the existing space made the home new again.

Moorish arches from ceiling to floor over windows at left set the theme for the living room which has a Moorish Spanish feeling. Blue green colors predominate in the living room with touches of bronze and gold. End tables and the coffee table are antique white with marble tops.

Patio and garden area is centered with a fountain circled by a flagstone table. Plants in center are Japanese myrtle. Patio end is bordered with Arizona cypress.

The bath and dressing room in new wing. Glassed-in step-down tub and shower area reveals a small rock garden with a small statue of St. Francis on the wall of garden.
