The home of Beverly and Art Hansen was photographed for the Tucson Citizen Home section in 1958. The Hansens wanted a home where they could casually entertain and where their daughters could entertain their friends.

Family room and kitchen are separated by a breakfast bar, with built-in tabletop stove on the other side. Swedish copper molds decorate the chimney, and fireplace features grill and barbecue spit. Antique chairs and butter firkin belonged to Mrs. Hansen's grandmother.
