Bighorn sheep in the Catalina Mountains.

The Arizona Game and Fish Department released a new video of a bighorn lamb nursing in the Catalinas.

The agency said in its latest update that biologist have confirmed the 19th lamb born this season. The lamb was born to a ewe captured in 2015 and transplanted to the Catalinas to rebuild a herd that disappeared in the 1990s.

The agency reported no new fatalities of sheep in its latest update.

As of March 9, the agency said 44 collared sheep were known to be alive and that there could be as many as 43 uncollared sheep as well.

Many of the sheep released in the mountains are outfitted with GPS collars that are designed to eventually fall off.
