The Tohono Oโodham Gaming Enterprise donated a total of $135,000 to three organizations that serve the reservation.
The donation was from funds raised by the 15th Annual Desert Diamond Casinos Golf Classic.
More than 280 people participated in this yearโs golf tournament, which was held at the Omni Tucson National Golf Course in March.
This yearโs recipients of the $135,000 were:
- The Tohono Oโodham Nation Department of Health and Human Services Dialysis Advocate Program.
- The Tohono Oโodham Nation Cultural Center and Museum.
- Ha:san Education Services, which operates a community-based school for native youths in Southern Arizona.
