The Tucson Police Department was looking for a man wanted on several felony charges included attempted second-degree murder. 

Theri Wood, 36, turned himself in without incident on Sunday night, according to department spokesman Officer Frank Magos. 

Wood was considered armed and dangerous, the department said.
