A Tombstone man convicted of molesting a young girl and possessing child pornography has been sentenced to 292 years in prison.

Tony Charles, 48, Wonderlin was convicted last month of one count of continuous sex abuse of a child and 16 counts of possessing or child pornography, The Sierra Vista Herald reported.

Cochise County Superior Court Judge James Conlogue sentenced Wonderlin to the prison term at a hearing on Monday. He received 20 years for the continuous sexual abuse conviction and 17 years in prison for each of the 16 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
