Longtime Tucson watering hole the Bambi Bar has been sold and will be redeveloped.

Larsen Baker, through its affiliate Bambi Speedway Associates LLC, bought the bar on the southwest corner of Rosemont Boulevard and Speedway from Dorothy Hoff and the estate of Guy Beaty for $750,000.

The Bambi Bar, on Speedway and Rosemont Boulevard, has been sold and will be redeveloped into a drive-thru building for a future tenant.

The property consists of 30,000 square feet and Larsen Baker is in the process of rezoning the property to build a freestanding drive-thru building.

Once rezoned, the property will be available for sale or build-to-suit for lease.

The buyer was self-represented by Isaac Figueroa, with Larsen Baker. Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the seller.

The Bambi Bar will continue to operate during the rezoning process.

Pool & Electrical Products LLC leased 53,767 square feet of industrial space at 3600 E. 36th St. from DRD Investment Group LLC. Robert Glaser and Jesse Blum, with Picor, represented the landlord. Hagen Hyatt, with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Inc., represented the tenant.

Bethesda African Fellowship, an Arizona nonprofit corporation, leased 2,151 square feet of industrial space at Midpoint Business Plaza from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker and Andrew Keim, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Valentine Plumbing LLC leased 1,750 square feet of industrial space at 1251 S. Tyndall Ave. from Jada’s Tucson Properties LLC. Andrew Keim and Rob Tomlinson, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Art studio Hawaii Fluid Art leased 1,711 square feet of retail space at Tucson Premium Outlets, off Twin Peaks Road near Interstate 10, from Simon Property Group. Aaron LaPrise and Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the landlord. Ryan Smith and Sarah Velten, with Northview Co., represented the tenant.

The Lash Wonderland leased 1,431 square feet of retail space at 840 S. Sixth Ave. from Flash TV LLC. Natalie Furrier and Molly Gilbert, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Salad and Go leased space at 3805 E. Broadway, near El Con Mall, from Volk Vista LLC and Verde Fast Food LLC. Dave Hammack, with Picor, represented the tenant. Kevin Volk and Rick Volk, with Volk Co., represented the landlord.
