The Sun Link streetcar will offer service until 2 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights until Dec. 17.
The additional service hours are being offered due to increase demand and activity while the University of Arizona is in session for the fall semester, according to a news release from Sun Link.
The new schedule will not affect the rest of the streetcar schedule, with service from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays, and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays.
During the extended service, streetcars will run every 30 minutes from midnight until 2 a.m.
