Weekend heat

Ernest Soro takes a swig from his drink while he pauses to set down for a nap by his bicycle underneath the shade trees at Reid Park on June 16, 2016, in Tucson, Ariz. High temperatures are expected to eclipse decades-old heat records for Father’s Day weekend.

Get ready for another warm day. Actually, get ready for several of them.

Temperatures will remain in the high-80s to low-90s through at least next week, as a dry weather system moves across the state.

Gusty winds will pick up tomorrow afternoon and when combined with very dry air and dry vegetation, creates critical fire weather conditions.

High: 91

Low: 57
