Sixth-grader Anwar Niebla, 11, of Imago Dei Middle School, darts between the chalk drawings in front of Johnny Gibson’s Downtown Market. Nearly 50 students and some passersby chalked the sidewalk with Valentine’s Day wishes on Tuesday during #chalkitup4love, a tribute for Julie Floyd, the niece of Gibson’s co-owner Christie Cisek. Floyd was killed in an auto accident in 2015.
