Male Speke's gazelles, like the ones at Tucson's Reid Park Zoo, are known to use their horns to compete for the attention of females.

The zoo's "bachelor pad" is home to a herd of male Speke's gazelles, the smallest of the gazelle species, that practice their headbutting skills in playful duels.

The gazelles can be seen at Reid Park Zoo near the White rhinoceros and giraffe habitats. Video courtesy of Reid Park Zoo.
