The announcement came after he signed an executive order to place an additional 25% tariff on India for its purchases of Russian oil.
President Donald Trump extended a trade truce with China for another 90 days Monday, at least delaying once again a dangerous showdown between the world’s two biggest economies.
The de minimis rule, a customs exemption for international shipments worth $800 or less, is a big deal for many shoppers and businesses.
