6th grade teacher at Florida school arrested after hosting fights between students

Violence in schools is no doubt a problem in America, but at a middle school in Florida, it was the teacher responsible for inciting violence in the classroom. 23-year-old Angel Footman was not only allowing fights to play out between 6th graders in her classroom, she was also apparently refereeing them.
