Not that Allonzo Trier is ever the sort of guy who needs motivation, but there is this heading into the NBA Combine this week: He's no longer listed on any of the major mock NBA Drafts.
Of five mock drafts that forecast the entire two-round draft, all of them had former UA teammate Rawle Alkins but none of them listed Trier, who mostly had been listed in the middle of the second round during last season.
ESPN has Alkins at No. 53.
The Ringer has Alkins at No. 34.
NBADraft.net has Alkins at No. 54.
Sports Illustrated has Alkins at No. 30 β barely in the first round.
Net Scouts has Alkins at No. 35.
ESPN's Draft Express crew, meanwhile, says there often isn't a lot a well-exposed player can prove at the Combine.
Speculation over whether Deandre Ayton or Luka Doncic will be the No. 1 pick by the Suns is split, according to an NBA.com compilation of mock drafts.
Four-star 2019 center Francis Okoro could reclassify and join Oregon next season.
