Raptors 905, named for the area code at the team's home in Mississauga, Ontario, took PJC with the 25th pick in the second round, and 52nd overall.
PJC had been pursuing opportunities in Europe while dealing with what UA coach Sean Miller said was a "unique" leg injury.
