Tucson's Salpointe Catholic fell to #7 seed Glendale Cactus, 36-51, in the first round of the 2018 State 4A girls basketball championship on Feb. 13, 2018 in Glendale. Cactus will face Pueblo High School in Tucson for the quarterfinal game.
