South Forty RV Ranch Resort, on the cityβs northwest side, has been sold for $6.5 million.
The 233-space park sits on 20 acres atΒ 3600 W. Orange Grove Road. It has a dog park, horseshoe pits, shower houses, and a clubhouse with a full kitchen, library and exercise room.
Brandon Rodgers and Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented the seller, Orange Grove RVP Ltd. The buyer, South Forty RV Resort LLC, was represented by Gary Gunsalus, with Sahuaro Properties Inc.
