Rock Martinez is five days in on his Dia de los Muertos-inspired mural on a residence south of Mercado San Agustin near Cushing Street.

The mural, which is almost finished, features legendary Mexican artist Frida Kahlo and her husband, Diego Rivera, noted for his massive murals. A homeowner commissioned the estimated 1,500-square-foot piece.
