Nate Billimack sips his beer under the menu in the expanded Ten Fifty-Five Brewing Company. After a summer of renovations, the taproom can accommodate between 20 and 30 patrons. “Before we could squeeze in about six people and even that was tight,” says co-owner Chris Squires.
