New post for Northwest’s Stockton
Kevin Stockton, who has served as chief executive officer of Northwest Medical Center since 2011, was promoted to market CEO for Northwest Healthcare, which includes Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Allied Physicians and affiliated outpatient facilities.
He will also continue as CEO of Northwest Medical Center.
Jae Dale will continue in his position as CEO of Oro Valley Hospital.
A native of Tucson, Stockton holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Arizona. He serves on the board of the Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association.
Foley hired to manage 5151 tower
5151 E. Broadway/Kent Circle Investments announced a new property manager for Tucson’s largest commercial office building. Heide Foley was hired to manage the tower and will be part of the Cushman & Wakefield/Picor team that oversees management and operations of 5151.

Most recently, Foley served as a broker and asset manager for Viking Properties in Sausalito, California. She has experience in managing a large office portfolio, tenant relationships and overseeing capital improvements.
5151 E. Broadway is undergoing an elevator modernization project and a lobby refresh including an interior Prest Coffee station.
Ellis will run Clean & Beautiful
Tucson Clean & Beautiful named Tom Ellis as executive director. Joan Lionetti is retiring from the position at the end of June.
Ellis’ experience includes more than 20 years in a variety of arboricultural, horticultural, and land management positions and more than 30 years in the government and nonprofit sectors, most recently as director of the Marana Parks and Recreation Department.
His education includes a bachelor of science degree in agronomy from Mississippi State. He previously served as a board member and president of the Arizona Community Tree Council.
London will market 4th Ave. merchants
Allie London joined the Fourth Avenue Merchants Association as marketing director.
The nonprofit supports more than 100 locally owned businesses.
A native New Yorker, London moved to Tucson from Chicago in 2014. She previously worked for the Jewish Community Foundation of Southern Arizona.

recruiter Rodriguez
Staff Matters, a Tucson-based recruiting and staffing firm, hired Constantino Rodriguez.
Rodriguez will work as a technical recruiter before heading up an expansion operation in the Phoenix area.
Firm’s estate team selects Hendrickson
Leighten Hendrickson has joined Loose, Brown, Hobkirk & Callahan PC’s estate planning and transactional law group. She will work in the firm’s Tucson and Phoenix office.
Hendrickson is a graduate of the John Marshall Law School and holds a degree in communications from the University of Arizona.
Barcelo to supervise
at Truly Nolen center
Truly Nolen Pest Control promoted Michael Barcelo to sales supervisor of the company’s national customer care center office in Tucson.
Barcelo joined Truly Nolen in 2008 as a salesman.
