The Littlest Pub is now open in the Wildcat Storage complex, 657 W. St. Mary’s Road. A microbrewery license was issued at the end of January for the nano-brewery, which specializes in vintage brews.
Owner Francisco Flores uses a tower system to produce the 18th- and 19th-century-style ales, which are aged in barrels as part of a “Cask Ale Series.” The series includes the pub’s flagship IPA, “prepared for the East Indies” as it would have been to ship overseas. Hours are 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
