Stojak Properties LLLP bought two, multifamily developments from Pasadera Behavioral Health Network for $1 million: Presidio Apartments, a 20-unit complex at 3838 E. Presidio Road and Stone Apartments, a 23-unit complex at 3525 N. Stone Ave.ย Allan Mendelsberg, with Picor, represented both parties.ย
