Gaslamp Investments LLC bought Golf Links and Kolb Shopping Center.

A major shopping center has been sold to investors.

The Golf Links and Kolb Shopping Center at 2530-2580 S. Kolb Road was bought by Gaslamp Investments LLC for $4.4 million.

Debbie Heslop of Volk Co. represented the seller, Central One, Inc. and the buyer was represented by Jared English of Congress Realty Inc.

The center has more than 117,000 square feet of land. Major tenants include O’Reilly Auto Parts and Discount Tire. Walmart Neighborhood Market anchors the center but was not included in the sale.

Other recent commercial transactions include:

  • Nathan and Deanna Sherman of Heart & Soul Kids Activity Center bought a 6,000-square-foot building at 5741 N. Oracle Road for $703,000. The seller, WKM LLC, was represented by Frank Arrotta and Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. Scott Sherman, of Sherman Properties LLC, represented the buyers.
  • Dollar Tree Stores Inc. leased 9,750 square feet at 18805 South I-19 Frontage Road in Sahuarita. Brenna Lacey of Volk Co. represented the landlord, CVP – Sahuarita Plaza. Kurt Kalocin, of SRS Real Estate Partners, represented the tenant.
  • Ace Hardware store will move into 5,612 square feet at 4640 E. Broadway. Marty Olejarczyk of De Rito Partners represented the tenant, 4722 East Broadway Corp., and Terry Dahlstrom of Volk Co. represented the landlord, The Wright-Oracle LLC.
  • A Denny’s restaurant will reopen at 4040 E. 22nd St. Terry Dahlstrom, of Volk Co., represented the landlord, Miriam E Wright Revocable Trust, on the 20-year lease of 4,900 square feet. The space was previously leased by a different Denny’s franchisee.
