- Allstate: Tucson Allstate agents presented $10,000 in Allstate Foundation Helping Hands grants to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The 10 agents also collected toys to fill the Make-A-Wish toy closets in local hospitals. Make-A-Wish works to grant the wishes of children diagnosed with a critical illness.
- Chipotle Mexican Grill: On Thursday, June 14, from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m., all Arizona Chipotle restaurants will donate 50 percent of fundraiser sales to the 100 Club of Arizona. The organization helps support public safety officers with safety gear, scholarships for family members and immediate financial assistance to families in the event they are injured or killed in the line of duty. Customers must mention the fundraiser to the cashier at time of purchase.
- Wireless Vision: The T-Mobile store at 4631 N. Oracle Road, operated by Wireless Vision, will host a St. Baldrickβs Foundation head-shaving event on Wednesday, June 13. The event, from noon to 3 p.m., is intended to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer research. The goal is to raise $10,000. Community members can join volunteers who will shave their heads to support the cause. Donations by cash, check or card can be dropped off at the event or can be submitted online at
