After months of queries from Star readers about what will occupy the new building in Wilmot Plaza, leases have been announced.

Payless ShoeSource, Mod Pizza and AT&T will occupy the 14,000-square-foot building in front of TJ Maxx, said Brigham Stevens, with Bourn Companies LLC, which bought the plaza in 2013 for $6.2 million.

Since then, Bourn has put nearly $30 million into renovations and brought several new tenants to the shopping center on the corner of Wilmot Road and Broadway.

The 10-acre Wilmot Plaza has more than 140,000 square feet of retail space.

Dick’s Sporting Goods recently opened; Nordstrom Rack is under construction; Burger King is rebuilding a larger shop and a restaurant is under construction for Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill.

The new shops are expected to open next year.
