O’Reilly Auto Parts is building its 23rd Tucson shop.

O’Reilly Auto Enterprises LLC has purchased a 1-acre parcel of land at 9090 N. Silverbell Road, in the Safeway-anchored shopping center at the southeast corner of Twin Peaks and Silverbell roads.

O’Reilly Auto Parts was founded in 1957 in Springfield, Missouri, and has over 5,000 stores in 47 states and 22 stores in Tucson.

Craig Finfrock, of Commercial Retail Advisors LLC, represented the seller, Shoppes at Continental Ranch LLC, and Debbie Hislop, with Volk Co., represented the buyer.

Other recent commercial transactions include:

  • Presson Corp. bought nine buildings totaling 124,863 square feet at 3601, 3621, 3631, 3641, 3681 E. 44th St. and at 3200, 3210, 3220, 3230, 3250, 3300, 3320 S. Dodge Blvd. for $6.4 million. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the buyer, and Jonathan Jump, with Jump Ventures, represented the seller.
  • Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management Inc. bought the office building at 2026 E. Prince Road from Prince Road Professional Plaza LLC for $432,099. Tom Nieman, with Picor, represented the seller, and James Collopy, with Fort Lowell Realty & Property Management, represented the buyer.
  • T&T Cleaning & Restoration LLC bought the 14,278-square-foot building at 420 E. Columbia St. from Plastic and Metal Parts Inc. for $400,000. Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the seller.
  • Desert Valley Christian Fellowship LLC leased 3,477 square feet at 4165 W. Ina Road from Tin Cup Properties LLC, doing business as Regency Plaza. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Rick Borane, with the Volk Co., represented the tenant.
  • United City Tucson Church leased 2,380 square feet in Midpoint Business Plaza, 1835 S. Alvernon Way, from Presson Midpoint LLC. Picor’s Rob Glaser represented the landlord.
  • Shift Transit LLC leased 1,400 square feet in Commerce Plaza, 245 S. Plumer Ave., from Plumer Partners LLC. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord.
  • Full Throttle Metric LLC leased 1,350 square feet at 220 E. 27th St., from Tin Cup Properties LLC. Ron Zimmerman, with Picor, represented the landlord.
