Spirit Halloween Superstores has leased three seasonal locations around town with plans to open later this summer.

The stores will be located at the southwest corner of Broadway and Wilmot Road, across from Park Place Mall on Broadway and on Oracle Road, near Tucson Mall.

The shops carry both adult and children’s costumes and party accessories for the haunting season.

Nancy McClure, with CBRE, represented the landlords in these transactions, K-GAM Broadway Wilmot LLC, KGAM Saguaro Properties LLC and Daniel Beringhause Trust.

“We are seeing a trend with landlords filling junior anchor spaces with season pop-up tenants,” McClure said. “It attracts shoppers to the center and is definitely a win-win.”

  • Scottsdale-based CCA-El Conquistador Apartments LLC bought El Conquistador Apartments, 1881 E. Irvington Road, for $7.5 million from Oksenholt F&S Tucson I LLC of Lincoln City, Ore. David Fogler, Steven Nicoluzakis, Brent Mallonee, Chris Hollenbeck and Regan Amato, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the buyer.
  • Westwood, a 19-unit apartment property at 714 E. 10th St. has been sold for $1.3 million. James K. Crawley and Hamid Panahi, with Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, represented the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was represented by James K. Crawley and Hamid Panahi.
  • Inferno Focus LLC, doing business as Focus HR, bought 10,698 square feet of office space at 6464 E. Grant Road for $1.2 million. Jeff Casper, of CBRE, represented the buyer, and CBRE’s David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson represented the seller, Babcock Properties.
  • Head Hunters Smoke Shop LLC bought property at 5830-5850 E. Speedway from Trinum Properties LLC for $275,000. Frank Arrotta, of Tucson Realty & Trust Co., represented both parties.
  • Guild Mortgage Co. leased 7,654 square feet of office space at 1825 E. River Road, in the Joesler Village Plaza. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson, of CBRE, as well as NAI San Diego, represented the tenant. The landlord, Mercado De Joesler LLC, was self-represented.
  • Pima County One Stop leased 6,407 square feet of office space at 320 N. Commerce Park Loop from the city of Tucson for its Youth Employment Center. Ian Stuart and Bruce Suppes, with CBRE, represented the landlord, and the tenant was represented by the County Facilities Management Department.
  • Dwight’s Auto Glass and Tint leased 6,380 square feet at 4628 E. Speedway from Speedway Swan Plaza LLC. Robert J. Nolan, of Oxford Realty Advisors, handled the transaction.
  • Mondo Garage Sales LLC leased 4,639 square feet at Midpoint Business Plaza, 3949 E. 29th St., from Presson Midpoint LLC. Debbie Heslop, of Volk Co., represented the tenant, and the landlord was represented by Paul Hooker and Rob Glaser, with Picor.
  • Pita Platter LLC leased 2,110 square feet on the ground floor of The Hub, a student-housing tower at 1011 N. Tyndall Ave. Pita Platter is a Mediterranean restaurant and bakery that will also sell coffee, smoothies, and ice cream. Debbie Heslop, of Volk Co. represented the landlord, Core Campus Tucson I LLC.
