Two months after announcing plans to hop across the street to a much larger space, Lindy’s on 4th opened the doors to its new home Friday.

The new location at 500 N. Fourth Ave. is 3,200 square feet, double the size of the restaurant’s longtime home at 431 N. Fourth Ave.

Lindy’s took over the entire building, which until February had been the longtime home to Bumsted’s sandwich shop and World Wide Wrappers. Both closed in February.

Lindy’s is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Details: facebook.com/Lindyson4th
